Playing and coaching tennis
A life spent on both sides of the net.
I started at my local park district, went on to play Division 1, and now enjoy playing for the Cumberland Lawn Tennis Club in London. Along the way I've coached thousands of players, from juniors to adults to college athletes. Tennis gave me my closest friends, and it's how I met my wife.

Founding EC Athletes
Paying it forward.
Started in 2024: a free, volunteer-run programme connecting student-athletes with former NCAA athletes, so they can make better decisions about college and what comes after sport. It's quieter these days, but the door is open to any student-athlete who wants to talk. ecathletes.com

Studying in Chicago
A big-city education.
A finance degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, with a minor in information systems and a certificate in entrepreneurship, while playing Division 1 tennis. Learning in the middle of a big city made the real world feel close, and being part of a team taught me most of what I believe about work.
